6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Our products are quality-checked before dispatch and are non-returnable due to the nature of party décor products.

Replacement or refund requests will only be considered if the product is received:

• Damaged during transit

• Missing from the order

7. Decoration Services

For event decoration services:

• Booking confirmation is subject to advance payment.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate venue details and access at the agreed time.
• Changes requested after confirmation may incur additional charges.
